Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted either unless there is an error on our part or you receive a defective product.

We do our best to ensure your product is handled with care and given the highest quality check, but in the event that we make a mistake, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at oh@mydarl.in. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: My Darlin', 67 West Street, STE 420, Brooklyn NY 11222.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 7 days max) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Art prints are printed to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item to be exchanged and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you'll receive a digital gift card via email for the amount of your exchange that you can use to purchase anything in the shop.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
