Returns & Exchanges
Returns on paper products are generally not accepted unless there is an error on our part or you receive a defective product. We do our best to deliver top-quality products to you, but in the event that we make a mistake, please let us know so we can make it right.
For all other products, you may request to exchange your item within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging.
Original shipping costs cannot be refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping. We encourage you to mail returns back with tracking information as we can't issue refunds on items that don't find their way back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
On Letterpress Goods
Most of our greeting cards and stationery are letterpress printed. Letterpress printing is an old-timey manual printing process where raised "plates" are created for each color in the design. These plates get inked and pressed into the cotton paper we use creating the lovely letterpress impressions that we all ooohhh and aaahhh over. The process involves feeding each sheet of paper by hand into an antique printing press for each color in the design. Because of the manual and handmade nature of this process, there will be slight variations in ink coverage, color, and positioning from piece-to-piece. Returns will not be accepted for these traits which are inherent to the printing process.
