Feel free to use our order form, your own P.O.s, or write out the order in the body of the email. We'll get back to you with an order confirmation with a shipping estimate, followed by an invoice with shipping costs and a pay link when it's ready to ship.

shipping & turnaround
Most orders ship within 2-5 days from our studio in Brooklyn, New York. Backordered items ship in 2–4 weeks. Wedding albums ship in 4–6 weeks.
All orders are billed at the time of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and will be added to your invoice.
If you would like to use your own shipping account, please let us know.
Are you local? Locals are always welcome to pick up orders in person from our Greenpoint, Brooklyn studio to save on shipping costs. Send us an email at email@example.com to schedule a time.
Any duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Venmo, and pre-paid check. All orders are billed at the time of shipment.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order submission. Changes or cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 15% restocking fee.
returns, & exchanges
We can only accept returns on damaged or defective items. We do our best to ensure that your orders are correct, packed with care, and quality checked. If your order is inaccurate, or contains damaged or defective goods, please contact us within five business days. Upon receiving return authorization, return the unused, unopened items in the original packing within five business days and we will be happy to ship you a replacement.
packaging & display
Notevelopes, greeting cards, and prints will arrive in clear sleeves. Notevelopes will also include a branded wraparound sticker. Prints will include stiff backing board.
Boxed sets are packaged in clear boxes.
Pencil 4-packs come in a clear sleeve. Pencil 9-packs come in a clear box. Pencils are unsharpened.
Single gift wrapping sheets will be collectively rolled and covered in protective cello. Gift wrap rolls are sets of 3 sheets that are rolled then packaged in a clear sleeve.
All items must be displayed in their original packaging. Sets may not be broken up and sold individually.
On Handmade Items
Slight variations in color, ink coverage, and positioning are to be expected on handmade products such as letterpress cards.
